Product Summary

The P8274 is a multi-protocol serial controller. It is designed to interface high speed communications lines using asynchronous, IBM Bisync, and SDLC/HDLC protocol to interl microcomputer systems. The P8274 can be interfaced with inter’s MCS-48, -85, -51; iAPX-86, -88, -186 and -188 families, the 8237 DMA controller, or the 8089 I/O processor in polled, interrupt driven, or DMA driven modes of operation.

Parametrics

P8274 absolute maximum ratings: (1)ambient temperature under bias:0℃ to +70℃; (2)storage temperature: ceramic package:-65℃ to +150℃, plastic package:-40℃ to +125℃; (3)voltage on any pin with respect to ground: -0.5V to +7.0V.
